Type their @username in the "add by @username" box and tap Add. They get a request and tap Accept. Usernames are 3–15 letters, numbers or _ and can't be changed by you once picked (ask us if you need help).

Profile (your emoji top-right) → Share my invite link. When a friend opens it and signs up, they land straight on your friend request.

Group channels. Tap ＋ New squad, share the squad link, and hold-to-talk reaches everyone in it at once.

LIVE ⚡: your voice streams straight to them in real time. RELAY ⏱: if a direct connection can't be made (some Wi-Fi/school networks), your voice goes through our server in tiny pieces — about a second of delay, but it still works.

• Tap the screen once (or "🔊 Tap to hear") — phones block sound until you tap.
• Check your phone isn't on silent / volume is up.
• Reload the app (close it fully and reopen).
• Allow the microphone when asked (Settings → Safari/Chrome → Microphone if you said no).
• iPhone: add SimplyClick to your Home Screen (Share ⬆️ → Add to Home Screen) and open it from there.
• Check they haven't got you on Ask first, Muted or quiet mode 🌙.

Pick Normal, Chipmunk, Deep or Robot before you talk — your friends hear the filtered voice live.

After someone talks to you, tap an emoji — it floats up on their screen.

If you and a friend both send at least one Click on the same day, your streak grows. Miss a day and it resets — we'll ping you ~2h before it ends if alerts are on.

Profile → Alerts: On. You'll get pinged when someone wants to talk, friend requests, squad talk and streak reminders — even when the app is closed. iPhone: works only when SimplyClick is added to your Home Screen (iOS 16.4+).

Select a friend and tap ⚙️. Live ⚡ = they can talk instantly. Ask first 🙋 = you get "X wants to talk — Allow / Not now" (Allow lasts 10 min, or choose Always). Muted 🔇 = nothing plays and no alerts. New friends start on Ask first. In Profile you can also pick "who can talk to me live": All friends, Only picked, or Nobody.

⚙️ → Block removes them from your friends and stops their requests, talks and alerts. They're not told. Report sends a private note to the SimplyClick team, who can warn, suspend or ban accounts.

Profile → Quiet mode. Pause 1h or Till tomorrow, or set quiet hours (like 22:00–07:00) on the days you choose. Nothing plays and no alerts arrive. You can let ⭐ favourites through.

SimplyClick is for ages 13+. Only friends you accept (and squads you join) can reach you — strangers can't. New friends must ask first, and you can mute, block, report or set quiet mode any time. Clips aren't stored: voice is streamed or deleted right after delivery. Parents: we recommend going through these settings together.

Profile → Delete account. Your profile, @username and login are removed immediately.
